Messaoud Leghlimi is a lawyer registered with the Casablanca Bar, in practice since 2000, and the founder of Leghlimi Law Firm. Moroccan and international media consult him on property spoliation (Morocco’s “real-estate mafia”); he handles real-estate disputes, business criminal law and successions for clients in Morocco and abroad.
Practice areas
The firm also handles successions and partition, company law and disputes between partners, support for real-estate investment, and banking and financial litigation.
Method
“We understand the file before starting the procedure. We set the objective before choosing the route. And we build the strategy before entering the confrontation.” This rule, set out when the firm began, still governs the practice: a written assessment of the file before any commitment, then protective measures, the action, enforcement.
